  • The first letter of your first name (capitalized)
  • Your last name (with the first letter capitalized)
  • Your birthdate in YYYYMMDD format
  Example:
  Name: Juan Thomas G. Cruz Birthdate: January 31, 1997
  
  Password Format:
  JCruz19970131

How to change your password?
1. Login your account.
2. Click "Change Password" at the upper right corner.
3. Enter your New Password.
4. Re-enter your New Password to confirm your password.
5. Click Submit button.
